My Approach

Birth is not something I can plan for you – because you already know your way. My role is to listen, to see you and to help clear the path so you can step into your own power.

I work with presence, with visioning and with touch. I love to weave knowledge-sharing with moments of breathing together, laughing together, dreaming together and letting it all settle into your body through Shiatsu. This Japanese meridian-based massage opens the subtle levels of being and helps you return to your center.

For me, one thing is always certain:
you are the creatress, the goddess, the source of life.
